Nathi is a co-founder of Tsotha. He has an international career in Supply Chain Management which began more than 25 years ago (over 15 years in Senior and Executive Management). He has gained extensive and diverse global experience working across industries including Beverage, Gas, Energy and Power.
His scope of expertise ranges from the fields of Logistics and Supply Chain Management (SCM), Strategy, Programme Management and Operational transformation. His well versed business acumen and in depth knowledge of SCM led to numerous global engagements as a trusted subject matter expert, as well as a sought out member of multi-disciplinary project teams.
In addition to business interest, Nathi is passionate about contributing to addressing the significant challenge of youth unemployment in South Africa. As a result, a key focus area for Tsotha giving back strategy is to leverage experiential work opportunities with a view of enhancing employment and self-employment prospects for the youth. He has also completed additional industry related certifications, and holds a professional membership with SAPICS (South African Production and Inventory Control Society). Throughout his career, Nathi is credited with pioneering efficient and innovative commercial models based on creating value and increasing collaborative approach with clients and stakeholders.
